If I am uncomfortable or feel like I cannot draw the request, I may turn it down/refund.
PAYMENT:
- All payments will be made through Ko-fi as of late. You can choose the style of the commission from there as well for convenience! :)
- FOR REFUNDS: There are no refunds for Sketch comms. Overall, if I have sent you a completed piece I will not be able to refund you. For Illustrations, since the process is longer, if I have not already sent you the half way sketch/confirmation for the piece I will refund you.REFERENCES:
- Please provide at least 2 different image references of your character(s). If they are screenshots from a game, please ensure that they are well lit and any important details are visible. (Through Google Drive, Imgur, Ko-fi file upload, etc)
- If you are requesting a character in an outfit different than the one provided in the reference, please make sure to include images of the details in areas that may be exposed; For example: If your character has important details on their neck, like Au Ra scales in FFXIV, please include reference that has their neck showing! It makes it easier! :)
- I would appreciate any references/descriptions of pose ideas and/or your character(s) personalities so I can properly portray them. Anything helps! Unless you have no preference at all, lolWORK FLOW:
- Depending on the type of request (sketch vs. illustration) it may take me longer to complete it. Right now due to heavy school and work responsibilities, for sketches it may take up to 3 weeks, for illustrations it may take me up to 4-5 weeks. (I am a college student, apologies in advance!)
- Feel free to message me any time regarding the progress of your request.FINISHED PIECES:
- I deliver my work through Ko-fi DMs, where you can download it directly from there. If you would prefer a Google Drive folder to download the images I can set that up as well, just ask!
- Feel free to use the finished piece as an icon/header/wallpaper! I would appreciate it if you credited me somewhere in your bio as well. o7IMPORTANT:
- If you have any questions or important changes to the comm while I am working on it, message me through Ko-fi! Your satisfaction with the comm is most important.
- I do not allow my work to be printed or used for commercial use. (Personal use is OK!)
- I may use the finished piece for future promotions or posts, as I still own the work.
- I do not authorize my work to be used for NFTs.
